Accessibility Statement
Last updated: May 8, 2026
Our Commitment to Accessibility
At Zero Fluff Digital, we believe in cutting through complexity to deliver measurable results—and that includes accessibility. We're committed to ensuring our digital experiences are inclusive, transparent, and effective for everyone, regardless of ability. No fluff, just accessible design that works.
We follow the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) to create digital experiences that are perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all users. Our approach mirrors our business philosophy: clear, honest, and focused on what actually matters.
Accessibility Standards
This website targets the standards of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 AA. We will continue to test and improve our accessibility as our web properties and digital technologies evolve to provide an inclusive experience for everyone.
Scope of Conformance
All pages on this website target the WCAG 2.2 AA standards. We conduct regular accessibility audits to ensure ongoing compliance as we enhance our digital presence and launch new features.
Conformance Evaluation
Accessibility conformance is tested recurrently via a representative sample of web pages. Testing has been evaluated through:
- Manual testing with assistive technologies (e.g. screen readers and keyboard navigation)
- Use of automated accessibility testing tools
- User testing with people with disabilities
- Code reviews by accessibility specialists
Technical Implementation
Standards and Structure
Semantic HTML: All pages on this site use structured semantic markup. We use H1 for main headings, H2 for subheadings, and H3 for sub-subheadings to create a logical content hierarchy.
Document Language: Each page clearly specifies the primary language using proper HTML attributes.
Content Validation: Our HTML markup validates against W3C standards to ensure maximum compatibility with assistive technologies.
Visual Design & CSS
Responsive Design: If your browser does not support custom CSS at all, the content of each page is still readable and fully functional.
Relative Font Sizes: The site uses only relative font sizes compatible with browser text size options. Users can adjust text size without breaking layout.
Color Independence: Any information conveyed with color is also available through text alone, ensuring content is accessible to colorblind users.
Images & Media
Alternative Text: As an ongoing effort, alternative text descriptions are being added to images throughout the website. Our content remains fully usable and accessible without images.
Decorative Images: Purely decorative images are marked as such to prevent unnecessary screen reader announcements.
Video Accessibility: Video content includes captions and transcripts where available, with audio descriptions planned for future enhancements.
Navigation & Links
Descriptive Links: We ensure links are written to make sense out of context. Where needed, we add title attributes or other aids to provide additional context.
Skip Links: A "skip to main content" link is available for keyboard users to bypass navigation and jump directly to primary content.
Focus Management: Clear focus indicators and logical tab order ensure efficient keyboard navigation throughout the site.
Forms & Interactions
Form Labels: We are actively working to improve form labeling throughout the site to ensure all form controls are clearly and appropriately labeled with proper HTML label elements and ARIA attributes.
Error Handling: Form validation errors are clearly announced and associated with the relevant form fields for screen reader users.
Keyboard Accessibility: All interactive elements including forms, buttons, and custom components are fully operable via keyboard.
Browser & Platform Support
We support the Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, and Microsoft Edge web browsers. We test with Windows and macOS operating systems updated to the latest publicly released versions. Mobile accessibility is tested on iOS and Android devices using native browsers and assistive technologies.
Text Size Adjustment
The site does not have a "resize" widget. However, all the tools and functions provided by a widget like this are already built into all major browsers. Key options:
- Increase text size: Press Ctrl/Cmd and + to increase the page size
- Decrease text size: Press Ctrl/Cmd and - to decrease the page size
- Reset to default: Press Ctrl/Cmd and 0 (zero) to reset the page size to the web page's default size
ARIA Landmarks
ARIA stands for Accessible Rich Internet Applications Suite. It is a way to make web content and web applications more accessible to people with disabilities, including with visual design and the use of keyboard-only navigation and use of screen readers.
Our website uses ARIA markup to make it easier to identify major sections and roles on each page, including landmarks such as:
- Search: Search functionality is properly marked for easy navigation
- Navigation: Main navigation areas are clearly identified
- Main: Primary content areas are distinctly marked
- Content Info: Footer and metadata information is properly structured
- Banner: Header and branding sections are appropriately marked
Conformance Limitations
While we strive for full WCAG 2.2 AA compliance, we acknowledge some limitations that may affect user experience:
- Third-Party Content: Some integrated third-party services (such as analytics or marketing tools) may have limited accessibility features beyond our control
- Legacy Content: Older blog posts or archived content may not meet current accessibility standards but is being systematically updated
- Complex Data Visualizations: Some charts and graphs may require additional alternative text descriptions, which we're continuously improving
- Live Video Content: Real-time webinars and live streams may have delayed caption availability
Ongoing Accessibility Efforts
Accessibility at Zero Fluff Digital is not a one-time project but an ongoing commitment. We regularly:
- Conduct Accessibility Audits
- Perform User Testing
- Staff Training
